The ethercat motor driver defined by Zkseasy is YKB200 and YKB300, which are specially developed to match miniature servo motors. With a size of only the palm of your hand, they are perfect for small space servo installation needs. Paired with miniature servo motors, these drivers can effectively achieve equipment slimming and reach the goal of revolutionizing device space.
Both drivers are very simple to use; an ethercat network cable can be used for debugging, and they have upgrade functions. They also feature reverse power protection and come with a built-in brake power supply interface, offering 35 types of homing methods, fully compatible with Huichuan servos.
Connection is also straightforward; you only need one master station control line to cascade multiple drives. Specifically: The master station control line, also known as the debugging line, connects one end to the drive's input port and the other end to a computer or PLC. When cascading multiple drives, connect one end of the cascade line to the input port and the other end to the output port of another drive (the number of cascade lines needed is equal to the number of drives minus one). Connect the power line adapter to the U, V, W terminals on the drive, and connect the encoder line adapter to the drive's encoder interface. The other ends of the power line and encoder line should be connected to the motor's power line and encoder plug, respectively.
The YKB200 drive has a compact design without a case, making it suitable for integration into integrated devices. It offers absolute advantages in terms of size and height, saving more space. The YKB300 is an upgraded version of the YKB200, capable of adapting to dual encoder motors, featuring a casing design with clear interfaces, suitable for external drive applications.
As advanced motor control technology based on the EtherCAT real-time Ethernet communication protocol, both drives have notable features such as high precision, high performance, flexibility, and real-time capabilities. Their compact size-63mm * 51mm * 13mm and 121mm * 65.5mm * 22.7mm for length * width * height-easily adapts to various small installation spaces. This system ensures millisecond or even microsecond control cycles through the EtherCAT protocol, significantly improving motor control accuracy and response speed.
When using these two drives, users need to follow the product manual for correct installation and wiring to ensure that the power voltage and current are within the specified range of the driver. Avoid using the driver in damp, hot, or corrosive environments. Regularly check whether the connection lines and interfaces of the driver are loose or damaged. When not using the driver for an extended period, disconnect the power supply to save energy and extend its service life.
