15mm servo motor

The 15mm miniature servo motor launched by zkseasy is specifically designed for applications with extremely high requirements for space, weight, and precision, excelling particularly in the field of robotics. With a diameter of only 15mm, a length of 60mm, and a weight of 40 grams, it offers high power density and excellent operational stability. It is highly suitable for joint actuation, end-effector operation, and precise positioning in areas such as collaborative robots, service robots, medical robots, and precision assembly robotic arms.

This motor features a rated power of 5W and a voltage of 48V. It can be paired with the ZKSY830ABS driver and supports a 17-bit single-turn absolute magnetic encoder, enabling high-resolution position feedback. When used with a 0401 leadscrew, it achieves a horizontal thrust of 3–4KG, with peak thrust reaching up to 6KG. The repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.01mm, while in practical applications, it can achieve high-precision performance of ±0.005mm, meeting the demands of tasks such as robotic precision grasping, handling, and fitting.

The motor adopts a 6-slot 2-pole design, resulting in low cogging torque, reduced temperature rise, and smooth, quiet operation. With a response time of just a few milliseconds and high dynamic response characteristics, it can adapt to both high and low-temperature environments. It also supports an IP50 protection rating, ensuring stable and reliable performance in diverse robotic operational scenarios.
