Product Description

The servo motor rotor defined by Zkseasy is the rotating part of the servo motor and is a component of the motor body. It outputs torque through rotational motion.

When current flows through the stator, it generates a rotating magnetic field which interacts with the permanent magnet or induced magnetic field of the rotor, producing a torque that causes the rotor to rotate and drive the load. At the same time, the encoder built into the motor monitors the position, speed, and other information of the rotor in real-time and sends feedback signals to the driver. The driver compares the feedback values with target values to adjust the current size and direction of the stator winding, thereby precisely controlling the angle, speed, and position of the rotor's rotation.

Zkseasy's 15mm servo motor rotor consists of a magnetic ring, shaft, and bearings; the rotors for 25mm and 40mm servo motors are composed of a shaft, magnets or magnetic rings, and bearings. The rotors for 60mm and 80mm servo motors consist of a shaft segment made up of iron core and magnets, which are assembled with the stator of the servo motor to form the motor body.

Servo motor rotors can achieve precise control of motor speed and position according to input control signals; they can maintain high output power while keeping compact sizes and lightweight; they can improve motor stability and accuracy by controlling motor speed and position; due to their compact structure and light weight, servo motors have fast response speeds, capable of quickly responding to changes in control signals.

Servo motor rotors offer a wide range of speed regulation advantages, enabling stable output at constant torque or constant power within a broad speed range, ensuring continuous efficient operation.

To ensure long-term stable operation of servo motors, if any issues with the rotor are detected, timely replacement or maintenance should be carried out. Of course, proper cooling of the rotor is also important since heat is generated during motor operation, especially under high load and prolonged running conditions. Effective cooling measures should be considered. Zkseasy designs its motors with built-in cooling functions in the rotor structure, automatically dissipating heat during operation (Note: Although the rotor has built-in cooling features, avoid long periods of continuous operation).
