The 30W DC motor, with a power rating of 30W, is a new product developed and manufactured by ServoEasy – the 20 Flange 30W Motor. Equipped with a 17-bit single-turn absolute magnetic encoder, it achieves a resolution of 2<sup>17</sup> (equivalent to 131,072 unique position signals). This provides exceptional angular measurement accuracy, enabling the motor to instantly determine the rotor's absolute position upon power-up, eliminating the need for homing upon startup.

It offers selectable input voltages of 24V or 48V. With a compact body length of just 109mm and a rated torque of 0.096 N·m, it delivers constant torque output at the rated level.

Typically constructed as a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) or Brushless DC Motor (BLDC), its control system comprises a controller, driver, and the motor itself. The controller receives input signals, calculates optimal motor control parameters based on control algorithms, and transmits these parameters to the driver. The driver amplifies the signals from the controller and drives the motor rotation.
