Zkseasy Servo Brake Cable – a dedicated wiring accessory for servo holding brake systems. Engineered for industrial applications with frequent start/stop and speed variation, it delivers fast braking response, quickly locking the motor shaft to prevent inertial overtravel and sudden position shifts, thereby ensuring the safety of both equipment and operators. It is a critical component for stable servo system operation.

The cable is designed to fit the flange dimensions of mainstream servo motors on the market. Based on different equipment mounting configurations, it offers distinct wiring and outlet structures for simplified selection and precise compatibility, covering most industrial installation scenarios:
1,25mm flange: Requires a rectifier for power tapping; no external lead-out wire; integrated with the power cable
2,40mm flange: Connects directly to the motor power cable; no external lead-out wire; integrated with the power cable.
3,60/80mm flange: Connects directly to the power supply; features an external lead-out wire.
Note: The standard lead-out length of the Zkseasy brake cable is 450 mm.If additional length is required, please specify the requirement during contract/order confirmation.
