Hollow Shaft Servo Motor

This series of hollow servo motors offers a wide range of specifications. Flange sizes cover multiple standards including 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 32 mm, and 40 mm, and power ranges from 5 W to 100 W, making them suitable for small precision equipment scenarios with different sizes and loads. The central through-hole sizes are optimized for specific applications. For 25 mm models, the central bore can reach 3 mm, making it easy to connect to suction cups and various external accessories. For 40 mm models, the central bore is increased to 7 mm, further broadening the feed-through compatibility range and greatly improving flexibility in equipment modification and matching.

In addition, the motors are equipped with incremental optical encoders for more continuous and stable output. The 15 mm model is equipped with a 4,800-line incremental optical encoder; the 20 mm model with a 4,800-line incremental optical encoder; the 25 mm model with 2,048-line and 8,192-line incremental optical encoders; and the 40 mm model is even equipped with a 10,000-line incremental optical encoder

Compared with traditional solid-shaft servo motors, hollow-shaft servo motors are more compact and lighter, making them suitable for applications with limited space and strict weight requirements. They are widely used in precision equipment such as robotics and aerospace. The products respond quickly to start-stop and reversal, with low operating error and strong stability. At the same time, the hollow-shaft structure effectively reduces the inertia mismatch between the rotor and the load, greatly improving system control accuracy. Due to the special hollow structure, this series of motors has higher requirements for manufacturing processes, raw material precision, and installation and commissioning, so the product price is slightly higher than that of standard servo motors. However, it offers structural advantages and adaptability that traditional motors cannot replace, solving installation and operation challenges under special working conditions.
