Zkseasy defines its hollow servo motor as a servo motor with an innovative design. Its distinctive feature is that the central shaft of the square or round flange is hollow (some models feature a semi‑hollow design). This unique structure allows direct routing of pipes, cables, or even laser beams, hence the name "hollow servo motor."

 

This series offers flange sizes of 25 mm, 28 mm, 32 mm, and 40 mm, with a power range covering 11 W to 100 W, flexibly adapting to different load and installation space requirements. Among them, the 25 mm motor has a center hole of up to 3 mm, facilitating connection to suction cups, air tubes, or cables; the 40 mm motor has a center hole of up to 7 mm, further enhancing the through‑hole capacity for pipes and cables, and is suitable for more complex integration of air, liquid, or optical paths. Moreover, Zkseasy's technical team has independently developed fully hollow servo motors with 15 mm and 20 mm flanges, with body lengths of only 60 mm and 69 mm respectively, providing more and better solutions for equipment space constraints.

 

Leveraging the cable‑routing, pipe‑routing, and optical‑path‑routing capability enabled by the hollow shaft, along with advantages such as high precision, high dynamic response, and compact, lightweight construction, Zkseasy hollow servo motors are widely used in the following fields:
