Universal Servo Drive

Zkseasy offers three low‑voltage servo drives: ZKSY830ABS (pulse type), YKB200 (bus type), and YKB300 (bus type). All three models use closed‑loop control to deliver precise position, speed, and torque regulation. They support 485 pulse, 232 pulse, and EtherCAT communication. Each model has different dimensions, with the YKB200 being the most compact. Wiring is simple using the appropriate cables, and the software interface is available in both Chinese and English. These are rugged, practical servo drives suitable for most servo motor applications.

We often hear the same question from customers: "Is there a servo drive that is easy to wire, simple to tune, and adaptable to different applications?"

That is exactly why we designed these three low‑voltage servo drives

Different models, same goal: make motor control more accurate, more stable, and worry‑free

Closed‑Loop Control + Fast Response = Accuracy and Speed Together

All three drives use closed‑loop control. In simple terms, the drive always knows the motor's position and can instantly correct any deviation. You get micron‑level accuracy for position, speed, and torque. That means no drift in repetitive motion and higher yield for automated equipment.

Response speed is equally fast. After a command is issued, the motor acts almost instantly – smooth acceleration and deceleration, precise positioning, no lag.

Flexible Communication Options – No More Interface Headaches

We have seen too many customers spend days trying to match connectors. Therefore, these drives cover the most commonly used communication options:

- 485 pulse

- 232 pulse

- EtherCAT

Whether you are retrofitting old equipment or designing a new system, you will likely find a direct interface match – no extra adapters needed.

Practical Software Features – Chinese/English Interface

The built‑in software covers everyday tasks: system setup, interface control, DSP configuration, and more. The YKB series supports auto‑update – no manual firmware burning, just connect and update.

Moreover, the software interface for all three drives is available in both Chinese and English. This is very useful for exported equipment or multinational factories – operators can get started right away.

Size Comparison – Choose YKB200 When Space Is Tight

If your installation space is extremely limited, go directly for the YKB200:

- YKB200– 63mm × 51mm × 13mm (smallest, ideal for compact equipment)

- ZKSY830ABS– 118mm × 75.5mm × 24mm (largest, but offers more terminals)

- YKB300– 121mm × 65.5mm × 22.7mm (medium size)

Just measure your cabinet space and choose the one that fits best.

FAQ

Q: Our technical support team often hears: "Why can't my motor and drive plug directly into each other?"

A: The answer is simple: most servo motors and drives use different connectors. They are not directly compatible – you need adapter cables. Here is how it works: 1.Power adapter cable: connects to the drive's U, V, W terminals on one end and to the servo motor's power leads on the other. 2.Encoder adapter cable:connects to the drive's encoder port on one end and to the motor's encoder cable on the other. For commissioning, you need a power supply and a computer. Connect the power supply to the drive's positive and negative terminals with a power cable, then use a tuning cable to connect the drive's tuning port to your computer. (Note: the tuning cable usually requires a network adapter to connect to a PC.) If the supplied cable is too short, simply add an extension – no need to make custom cables from scratch.

Q: Why Do Customers Keep Choosing Zkseasy?

A: Not because of fancy slogans, but because: 1.Three models cover both pulse and bus control methods. 2. Auto‑update software + bilingual interface make maintenance easy . 3.Intuitive wiring, and the support team doesn't use confusing jargon . 4.Multiple size options instead of a "one‑size‑fits‑all" approach . If you are struggling with motor‑drive matching, communication protocols, or cramped installation space, try any of these three Zkseasy drives. They will likely solve your problem.
