Zkseasy's defined small servo motors and drivers are one of the space-saving solutions in microspace servo power solutions. The core features of these two servo motors and their corresponding drivers are compact size, lightweight, high precision, and fast response speed. For example, the 15mm flange servo motor (15mm*15mm*60.5mm) is about the size of a finger, while the YKB200 is half the size of a palm (63*51*13mm). The combination of small size motors with small size drivers achieves real savings in installation space for customers. In addition, to address wiring troubles, Ethercat bus drivers come with anti-reversal design to ensure accurate wiring.
To solve power and torque issues, we slightly increased the size of the 15mm servo motor to form the 25mm servo motor and YKB300 configuration. Although the flange diameter has been slightly increased, the power has increased by four levels, which are 11W, 22W, 33W, and 50W. This provides a one-stop solution for small volume, large torque servo motor needs, which is particularly beneficial for compact machinery and automated equipment.
The high precision of the 15mm/25mm servo motors combined with the high-speed communication capability of the EtherCAT bus driver constitutes a high-performance motion control system. This system can achieve precise positioning, quick response, and stable operation. Its rapid response ensures that the motor can achieve instant acceleration, deceleration, and precise positioning, making it suitable for applications requiring dynamic adjustment.
