Deepening Collaborative Innovation Across the Industrial Chain to Explore New Pathways for Integrated Development of Robot Core Components
- Mr. Wang, Technical Director of Dahuan Robotics (Shenzhen), and His Delegation Visited Zkseasy
Recently, Mr. Wang, Technical Director of Shenzhen Dahuan Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., along with his delegation, visited Shandong Zkseasy Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for an exchange. The Deputy General Manager and the Secretary to the General Manager of Zkseasy warmly received the guests. The two sides held in‑depth discussions on topics such as technological collaboration in robot core components and integrated development of the industrial chain.
The delegation first toured Zkseasy's exhibition hall, production lines, and warehouse, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's technological expertise and industrial layout in the field of micro servo motors.

In the exhibition hall, the visitors learned in detail about Zkseasy's development history, core product portfolio, and key technological breakthroughs. As the Jining base of the National Robot Innovation Center, Zkseasy has focused on the R&D, production, and sales of micro servo motors since its establishment in 2019. Its products cover three series-15‑flange, 25‑flange, and 40‑flange-comprising over 60 standard and industry‑customized models. Among them, the self‑developed 15‑flange micro servo motor has a body height of only 15 mm and weighs less than 40 grams, with a linear accuracy of 5 microns and over 8 million steps per revolution. The 25‑flan ge micro servo motor, for the first time in its R&D path, adopts a 12‑slot 10‑pole electromagnetic solution, achieving performance fully comparable to imported products. Zkseasy has successfully broken through overseas technological barriers and filled multiple gaps in the domestic micro servo motor sector.
During the production line tour, the delegation observed Zkseasy's automated manufacturing processes and quality control systems. Zkseasy's production base is equipped with domestically leading automated servo motor production lines, and its products are widely used in industrial robots, humanoid robots, semiconductor equipment, medical devices, new energy battery equipment, and other fields. Throughout the visit, the two sides engaged in thorough exchanges on manufacturing processes, precision assembly, and quality standards for micro servo motors.
Subsequently, the delegation visited Zkseasy's warehousing and logistics system to learn about the company's full‑chain supply chain management capabilities, from raw material procurement and production scheduling to finished‑product dispatch.

Shenzhen Dahuan Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2016 and headquartered in Shenzhen, is a high‑tech enterprise specializing in core components for industrial intelligent manufacturing. Its main products include servo electric grippers, voice coil actuators, and five‑finger anthropomorphic dexterous hands. In 2024, the company was recognized as a national‑level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in niche sectors, and in 2025 it was further upgraded to a national‑level key "Little Giant" - ranking first in China in sales of electric end‑effectors. Its products are now sold in more than 40 countries and regions worldwide, covering manufacturing sectors such as 3C electronics, new energy, semiconductors, medical devices, and automotive.
This visit fully demonstrates the shared willingness of upstream and downstream enterprises in the robot industry chain to strengthen technological collaboration and deepen industrial cooperation. As two specialized and sophisticated enterprises in the field of robot core components, Dahuan Robotics and Zkseasy are highly complementary along the industrial chain-Dahuan focuses on intelligent end‑effectors and motion control systems, while Zkseasy specializes in micro servo motors as core drive components. Both companies are committed to independent R&D and import substitution of core technologies, and they share broad space for cooperation in promoting the domestic production of robot core components and empowering smart manufacturing upgrades.
Looking ahead, the two sides are expected to engage in deeper exchanges and collaboration in technology R&D, product adaptation, and market expansion, jointly contributing to the high‑quality development of the robotics industry.
